Beaver RV Park & Campground Etiquette, Rules and Regulations

Two different RV camp sites

In the interest of promoting the safety and pleasure of our guests, and pets, the Beaver Campground requests that everyone help by observing some basic etiquette so everyone can have a great stay and look forward to a return visit.

General Policies

The park managers will try to accommodate all requests, but reserve the right to assign spaces. In order to guarantee availability, reservations must be made in advance and deposits must arrive within seven calendar days of the reservation request.

In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be refunded by the City of Beaver provided the cancellation is not fewer than five working days before planned arrival date.

Parents and grandparents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children.

  • We ask that all campers requesting reservations pay in advance. Others pay upon time of arrival
  • The office is open daily for business from 8:00am - 6:00pm
  • Check out time is 1:00pm
  • Day visitors utilizing the park for swimming, boating, picnicking or the playground will be charged a $3.00 per vehicle day use fee
  • All day visitors must be out of the park prior to 10:00pm
  • Vandalism in any form will NOT BE TOLERATED and will be grounds for IMMEDIATE EVICTION without a refund
  • Ice and shower tokens may only be purchased during office hours

Camp Site Policies

Please respect your neighbors and contain your activities to your assigned camping space and please follow our quiet hours.

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am
  • Tents are permitted on RV pads with prior approval and payment
  • Additional tents on RV or tent sites are $5.00 each
  • Fires are permitted in fire rings only
  • No parking on grass or pads other than in your assigned camp site
  • Please, DO NOT dump gray water at your site, a dump station is available at the park entrance
  • DO NOT launch boats in the swimming area, the boat launch ramp is located east of the guard house
  • Please, HELP KEEP BEAVER PARK CLEAN!

Trash cans are located in various areas around the park, with large dumpsters available at the overflow parking area.

Pet Policies

Pets are welcome, but for the safety, convenience and comfort of all guests:

  • Pets must be leashed at all times
  • Pet noises should be kept under control
  • Owners should clean up pets' waste
  • Pets are NOT allowed in the swimming area

Management reserves the right to refuse any pet that we feel represents a safety issue to other animals or guests.
